Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and x9gaming ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the x9gaming website, mobile application, games, support services and any other features or content provided by the platform.

By completing the account registration process, clicking the "Register" button or simply using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement in full. This acceptance takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

User Eligibility

Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to open and maintain only one x9gaming account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved along with forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, identification card number (MyKad), a valid email address and mobile phone number. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any party.
• Users are responsible for all activity that takes place under their account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
• x9gaming will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

Deposits and Withdrawals

x9gaming accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the available payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments which are subject to the prevailing exchange rate.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes once verification is approved.
• Deposits made to an x9gaming account must be made using the same name as your account name.
• x9gaming reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal.

Bonuses and Promotions

x9gaming offers various promotions to registered members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotion. The following terms are general conditions that apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150 with a playing balance of RM250; the wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• Bonuses may only be used once the wagering requirement has been met. Winnings from a bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the requirement is fulfilled.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once by the same user.
• x9gaming reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through improper means or in violation of these terms.
• Promotions not claimed within the specified period will expire automatically.

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the x9gaming platform are final once confirmation is received by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that bet details are correct before confirming.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless a verifiable technical fault has occurred.
• x9gaming reserves the right to void any bet placed during a technical disruption, software error or unusual circumstance that affects the integrity of the game.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision based on x9gaming's server records is final.
• Users acknowledge that all games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent body.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the x9gaming platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools for betting purposes.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs or inconsistencies in the payment system or games.
• Opening multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits improperly.
• Transferring balances between different user accounts without authorisation.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Attempting to access other users' data or x9gaming's internal systems without authorisation.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and possible legal action depending on the severity of the case.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Accounts closed at the user's request are subject to the applicable balance withdrawal policy.

Limitation of Liability
