x9gaming x9gaming FAQ for Malaysian Players

x9gaming accepts a variety of payment methods popular in Malaysia: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All these methods can be used to make a deposit with a minimum amount of RM20 only. Choose the method most convenient for you when making a deposit.

The minimum deposit at x9gaming is RM20 for every available payment method, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, ShopeePay and crypto. There is no difference in the minimum limit between methods — RM20 applies uniformly. This makes things easier for new players who want to start with a small amount before adding further deposits.

Log in to your x9gaming account, select the Deposit menu and choose FPX (Online Banking). Enter the deposit amount, then you will be redirected to your chosen bank portal — for example Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks or RHB Now. Confirm the payment using your bank's TAC or two-factor authentication. Credits usually appear within a few minutes after a successful transaction.

Yes, x9gaming accepts deposits in USDT, BTC (Bitcoin) and ETH (Ethereum). Select the crypto method when depositing and you will be given a wallet address to use for the transfer. Make sure you send to the correct address and use a supported network. The crypto value will be converted to RM based on the current rate at the time the deposit is received.

x9gaming does not charge its own processing fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply a small charge depending on their terms of service — this is outside x9gaming's control. For crypto deposits, any blockchain network gas fees are the responsibility of the sender. Check with your service provider before making a transaction if you want to avoid unexpected charges.

In this case, do not make a second deposit. First check whether your transaction was genuinely successful via your bank statement or e-wallet. If it was, keep proof of the transaction (a screenshot or reference number) and contact x9gaming's 24/7 support via live chat or email. Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Most slot, live casino and sports betting games at x9gaming can be played directly on a mobile browser without any issues. Some live games may require a more stable internet connection due to real-time video streaming content. Make sure your device is using the latest browser version for the best gaming experience without technical interruptions.

If the connection drops while a game is in progress, reconnect your internet and reload the x9gaming site. For slot games, any spin in progress is usually completed automatically by the server and the result is saved. For live casino, you will need to rejoin the table. Your account balance will not be lost as all records are stored on x9gaming's servers.

Yes, x9gaming provides deposit limit settings to help players manage their spending. You can set daily, weekly or monthly limits through your account settings section. This is a proactive step that is strongly encouraged for anyone who wants to keep their gambling activity in check and avoid any impact on their personal finances.

Some warning signs to watch for: gambling longer than planned, borrowing money to gamble, neglecting work or family responsibilities, feeling restless when unable to gamble, and trying to chase losses by betting more. If you recognise two or more of these signs in yourself, it is time to speak with someone you trust or seek professional help.

x9gaming offers cooling-off (temporary break) and self-exclusion options for players who need them. To activate these, contact x9gaming's 24/7 support via live chat or email and state your request clearly. The cooling-off period can be set according to your needs. Self-exclusion closes account access temporarily or permanently depending on your choice.

There are several help resources you can reach out to. In Malaysia, you can access counselling through Talian Kasih 15999, which operates around the clock. Public health bodies also provide financial and psychological counselling services. In addition, contact x9gaming support to enable self-exclusion or deposit limit options on your account. Acknowledging a problem is the most courageous first step.

Mix parlay is a type of bet where you combine two or more selections from different matches into a single betting ticket. All selections must win for you to receive a payout. The appeal of mix parlay is the multiplier effect — the more selections you combine, the higher the potential payout multiplier. At x9gaming, you can build a mix parlay ticket across multiple sports such as football, badminton and boxing at the same time.

Yes, x9gaming offers live betting (live betting) where you can place bets while a match is in progress. Odds are updated in real time according to how the game develops. This means you can react to situations on the field — for example placing a bet after the first goal is scored or after a service receiver makes an error in badminton.

Malay odds are shown as positive or negative values. Positive odds mean you win more than your original stake; negative odds mean you need to bet more to win a smaller amount. Decimal odds are simpler — just multiply your stake by the odds value to get the total payout (including your stake). At x9gaming, you can choose the odds format you are comfortable with in the betting display settings.

Yes, both Malaysia Super League and the English Premier League (EPL) are available in the x9gaming sports betting section. Beyond the main matches, you will also find betting options for various other leagues and international tournaments. For the Malaysia Super League, the markets offered include match results, Asian handicap, total goals and various other options designed specifically for local football fans.

Sports betting winnings are credited to your x9gaming account balance as soon as the match ends and the result is confirmed. For withdrawals to your bank account or e-wallet, the process usually takes between 5 and 30 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Make sure you have fully verified your account to speed up the withdrawal process.

Live dealer games are streamed directly from a camera-equipped studio to your device. You can watch a real dealer handle cards or dice in real time through a high-quality video stream. You place your bets through the game interface while the dealer carries out the actual action. x9gaming offers live casino games from leading international providers, including baccarat, roulette and sic bo.

Baccarat is a card game where you bet on whether the Player hand, the Banker hand, or a Tie will get the value closest to 9. Cards valued 10, J, Q and K count as 0. You do not need to make any game decisions — everything is handled by fixed table rules. The Banker bet has a statistically lower house edge compared to other bets.

x9gaming provides a range of tables with varying bet limits to suit players at all levels — from casual players betting small amounts to more experienced VIP players. The minimum and maximum table limits are clearly shown in the game interface before you join a table. Choose the table that best fits your budget and playing style.

Sic Bo is a dice game with roots in Asian tradition. Three dice are shaken inside a covered container, and you bet on various possible outcomes — for example the total of all three dice (Small or Big), a specific number appearing, or an exact dice combination. The more specific your prediction, the higher the payout multiplier. Sic Bo at x9gaming is played with a live dealer, making the experience more authentic.

Live roulette at x9gaming offers a wide range of bet types. Outside bets such as Red/Black, Even/Odd and 1-18/19-36 give higher winning chances with lower multipliers. Inside bets cover a single number (Straight Up), two adjacent numbers (Split), four numbers (Corner), and various other combinations. Payout multipliers increase in line with the difficulty of the prediction you make.
